Introducing....

BLAKELY HAILSTONE

The love of our life has finally arrived!

Arriving July 1st at 11:11 am

Weighing 7lbs 9oz and 20" long

We have never been so in love! Blakely is our life! Our whole world has changed in every way and it is amazing. I have never been so happy. Being a mommy to this little angel is beyond anything I ever imagined. It is the best thing in the world!

18 hours of labor in the hospital, 30 minutes of pushing and an epidural that wouldn't take on my left side was well worth every second. I would do it all over again tomorrow!

Blakely is such a good baby! We got lucky! She sleeps 3.5 to 4 hours at a time and almost never cries! She is always so happy and content. Right now she has jaundice and has to be in the bili lights :( It has been the hardest thing in the world for me. I know it could be so much worse and am thankful that is the only thing wrong with her but it still breaks my heart to put the mask on her and stick her in it. I just want to hold my baby 24/7. I never sleep because I just stay awake looking at her. Even as bright as the lights are she sleeps in it right next to my side of the bed.

Brad is such an amazing father. He was so intent through out the whole labor and delivery. I have never seen such a big smile on anyones face in my life as I did on his when his little princess was born. He watched the whole thing and cut the umbilical cord. The first day we came home I was so exhausted and hadn't slept at all in the hospital so he made me go to sleep while he took care of her. He holds her every chance he gets and kisses her and loves her 24/7. He just stares at her and talks about how beautiful she is and goes on and on :) It is the cutest thing!

Blakely has tons of hair. It is a little thinned and short on the top in the front but every where else its an inch long and super thick. She has hair every where... on her back and shoulders. She takes after her dad haha. Its the cutest! We love her very much!

She is the best thing that has ever happened to us!
